We offer complimentary standard shipping on most orders over $250. Delivery times vary by brand and item size; small decor typically arrives in 5-7 business days, while oversized furniture or white-glove items may take 2-4 weeks.
What is your return policy for furniture?
We accept returns on most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in original packaging and unused condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale.
Do you offer White Glove Delivery services?
Yes, White Glove Delivery is available for many of our larger furniture pieces. This service includes inside placement, assembly in your room of choice, and removal of all packaging materials.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can also view your order status by logging into your Rouse Home account.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Rouse Home partners with premium brands that stand by their craftsmanship. Most items carry a one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
